Home Health Aid, HHA

Our agency is seeking a Home Health Aide to work in elderly care and help support our clients with their personal care and medical needs. The perfect candidate for this position has medical experience and enjoys working with the elderly. We're looking for the best home health aide in the area with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and their families when they arrive at home.
• Assess the patient's mental and physical health needs.
• Administer medication as appropriate.
• Monitor the patient's response to medication.
• Document patient's symptoms, daily obligations, activities of daily living, medical appointments, and visitors.
• Keep an eye out for signs of emotional distress.
• Have first aid knowledge.
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the home health nurse or physician.

ob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Temporary

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
